The Minturn Saloon project is a result of a business expansion by the original Minturn Saloon, a well know restaurant in the Vail Valley. Pinkard completely renovated the two story building at 846 Broadway in Denver to create dining areas on two floors and a full operating bar and kitchen on the main floor. Scope of work included all new HVAC main ducts and branch lines, upgraded electrical service and a "Limited Use/Limited Access" three stop elevator.
