This project involved new construction of a wood-framed building over a concrete-grade, beam foundation system. The construction of the drive-up banking canopy structure involved incorporating banking equipment and systems by various Owner subcontractors. The building features extensive, exterior glass curtain walls; custom, pre-finished, stained casework; interior-revealed, stucco wall finishes; and premium carpet/ceramic tile floor finishes. The main entrance lies under a glazed clerestory mezzanine.
