Pinkard Construction constructed The Shoppes at Castle Pines, a retail core and shell space that houses both a Washington Mutual Bank and an Orthodontist. The structure is comprised of caissons and grade beams, slab on grade, masonry walls, both EPDM roof and standing seam metal roof, and stone wainscot and E.I.F.S. for the exterior finishes. The project is located on Castle Pines Parkway just west of I-25.
