The Wholesale Food Outlet renovation was a two-phased project that doubled the size of an existing meat prep area. The work included the removal of two coolers to make room for the expansion and the addition of a grease interceptor to bring the building into code compliance. In phase one, Pinkard sectioned off the meat prep department, and demolished and renovated the adjacent space.
