Project Manager
Provides overall management direction and team leadership for assigned
projects from preconstruction through final acceptance by client.
Responsible for the development of client proposals, preconstruction
services, contract administration, scheduling and costing, supervision
of project, and quality control. Position has direct profit and loss
responsibilities for assigned projects.

Project Superintendent
The Project Superintendent is Pinkard Construction's on-site manager
and is responsible for all management issues at the project site.

Lead Estimator
The ideal candidate will have 5 - 10 years experience in the construction industry; possess advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control, as well as the ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems.
